Regions
Read-only. The regions are edited in deploy/brouter/regions.txt and deploy/map/regions.txt.BRouter draws a large gap along roads, paths and railways where it has map data: the 5° tiles each listed area touches. Tiles that are all sea do not exist and are not fetched. A gap outside them is reported as having no map data.
The map importer keeps OpenStreetMap data for each listed region: one extract per year with points in it, and the latest, each cut to where there are points. Green is what has been imported; elsewhere modes are told apart by speed alone. Hover over a region for its years.

No areas are listed, so large gaps are never routed.
